They told me no. Several months later, Jason stopped by, I had him take a look at my roof, and there was all kinds of roof damage. I was floored the first company said there was no damage. Titan handled all the communication with my insurance company and they kept in contact with me every step of the way. When the insurance did not want to pay for a full repair, they continued to discuss with the insurance company to make sure the roof was done correctly, with even more pictures to show all the damage. I wasn't scheduled to have my roof repaired for a couple of weeks, but I received a call from Lindsey that they had an opening to start that day. I explained to her that I had a large gathering the next day at my house, and she assured me that would not be a problem, that everything would be as clean as it was before they started. And she made good on that promise. I would def recommend Lindsey and her team for any roof replacement or repair. read less -

One of my neighbors had a similar experience, and they chose Titan Roofing & Construction to do the necessary restoration of their roof. My neighbor was very complimentary of the job Titan did. So, I asked a Titan roofing expert to check out my roof for comparable damage, and he took several photos, which showed the damage to my roof. I contacted my insurance company, and they sent an inspector to examine my roof. The Titan representative came to my house and met with the insurance adjustor to determine what was necessary. It helped that the Titan representative had worked as an insurance adjustor earlier in his career. The resulting determination was that I needed a complete roof replacement, including new underlayment on the entire roof. As soon as that determination was made, Titan very quickly had my new roof project on their schedule. I cannot say enough about the incredible job Titan did on my roof replacement project. The first thing the Titan crew did was to meticulously cover my pool and all of the plantings around the house to avoid any damage to any of them. Then the crew went to work and completed the entire project in slightly more than one day. My late wife and I had two custom homes built, so I was used to dealing with contractors and subcontractors. Titan Roofing and Construction is hands down the best construction contractor I have ever dealt with. The Titan personnel were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. The communication with the company was prompt and transparent. Every single person representing Titan exhibited professionalism, courtesy, integrity, and a phenomenal work ethic. My new roof is classy and looks great on my house. In short, I could not be any more satisfied with the job Titan did. This company is a class act from start to finish. My last visit I had a card on my door and a note about storm damage to my roof. Thinking it was just another sales scene I threw it on the table with some other junk mail and forgot about it until the next day . I was enjoying my pool the next day and noticed damage to the back of my roof . I called Titan and the very next day Lindsey came out and spoke to me about how I could file a no fault claim and insurance would cover some or all of the cost to repair or replace my roof. I was only in town for a few days so I had to trust that she knew what she was talking about . I have to say this company is amazing ! They got my whole roof repaired at no cost to me and they took care of everything from the moment I called . Living out of state most everything was done by phone and email and much to my surprise everything turned out beyond my expectations . Great people to work with ! Quality work . We started having a small leak in the kitchen and then noticed another in one of our bedrooms. With all of the rain we have been having this year, we just needed to get it fixed. I called a few companies and explained that we had a couple of leaks and it was hard to get someone to come out. I was able to get a hold of Lindsey at Titan and she came out that same day. They inspected and took lots of pictures and explained to me that our underlayment needed to be replaced. With the age of our roof, I knew that we were going to have to replace it soon. So we decided to move forward with a complete new roof. We were placed on their schedule and they started work not even two weeks later. It took the crew two days to complete the entire project. They were quick and professional. We were extremely impressed with the fact that you wouldn’t have even known they had been there after they were done. The cleanup was phenomenal! They even knocked on our neighbors door and cleaned up his yard from some debris that fell over the fence. Great company and great people! read less -
